Terms of Use

1. What Vouchjar is

Vouchjar lets you collect testimonials through a shareable link, approve the ones you want, and show them on your own website with an embeddable widget. Features may be added, changed, or retired. Anything that changes what we collect ships with an updated privacy policy.

2. Plans and payment

The free plan includes one wall and shows up to five approved testimonials, with a small "Made with Vouchjar" link under the widget. Please don't hide that link while you are on the free plan.

Vouchjar Pro costs $8 USD a month or $64 USD a year. It shows unlimited testimonials on up to 10 walls and removes the link. Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account returns to the free plan: your walls and testimonials stay, up to five approved testimonials show per wall, and the link returns.

Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, email us and we will put it right.

If the price changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

3. Your testimonials

What you collect and publish stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, and display it wherever you place the widget, only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for what you publish. Testimonials must be genuine: written by real customers about their real experience, not invented, paid for without disclosure, or edited to change their meaning. If you paste in something a person posted elsewhere, make sure you have their permission to republish it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Vouchjar to:

• publish fake or misleading testimonials;
• publish anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam through collection links, or flood the forms or the widget with automated requests;
• try to get at other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the service.

5. Ending your use

You can stop using Vouchjar at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Vouchjar is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it fast and available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orchard Sky Digital Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Vouchjar, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes with it, and the effective date above changes too. Material changes are emailed to account holders before they apply.
